The Kamoa Copper Mine is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It's a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometres west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometres west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.

To monitor, coordinate and control the spare parts of the Plant, ensuring availability for operations. The incumbent ensures spare parts are available, delivered and accepted in a timely fashion. The scope / portfolio of this role includes creating and maintaining an equipment register, quality control, responding to breakdowns, and thereby ensuring Plant availability.
You will have the following:
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Least 5 years’ working experience in equipment management
• Proficiency in business English is mandatory. Knowledge of French, Swahili, and Mandarin will be considered highly advantageous.
