Life Science Applications and Sales Engineer
Overview: To work remotely by assisting clients training of newly installed equipment and to assist the Sales Manager by calling on clients and assist with tenders, quotes, order processing and invoicing as required.
Duties:
Train clients on newly installed equipment
Client support at the client office
Telephonic client support
Calling on new and existing clients
Preparing of tenders and quotes
Attend to telephone calls, email requests, enquiries and provide general information.
Updating supplier price lists on a regular basis an
Maintaining supplier electronic files correctly
Maintain and ensure efficient documentation of all correspondence and documents.
Ensuring that no stock is moved without relevant paperwork
Qualifications and requirements:
Life Science qualification
At least 2 years laboratory experience and sales experience,
Tenders Quotation experience required,
Work remote therefore own office required,
Prepared to travel extensively,
Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid passport
Own reliable transport
Ability to prioritise work.
Remuneration:
Negotiable around R22k plus travel allowance, fuel allowance, laptop, data, cell phone and commission
