Stock Control:

• Ordering of stock and performing weekly, daily and monthly stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  

Meal & Refreshment Service:

• Supervise and coordinate the meal service in both the clubhouse and healthcare areas, ensuring timely meal bookings and overseeing resident seating in the clubhouse.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
• Greet and welcome residents, addressing any complaints or compliments.
• Provide a full wine service during lunch and offering specialized services, such as cocktails for special events.
• Overseeing afternoon tea and cake service in the dining room
  

Bar Service:

• Serve as the bartender on assigned evenings, ensuring excellent service.
• Perform stock checks on refreshments and glassware, and handle daily cash-ups in accordance with company procedures.

Coffee Shop Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, coordinating with waiters to deliver excellent service.
• Manage coffee shop stock, handle billing for all orders, and perform daily cash-ups according to established procedures.

Event Support, Clubhouse Operations, Daily Checks:

• Manage clubhouse equipment and ensure everything is in good working order.
• Assist with the setup of events in the dining room, including themed and special lunches.
• Welcome residents attending functions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Support post-event cleanup, ensuring decor is properly stored and the venue is left in pristine condition.
• Perform daily checks on all equipment, lights, and air conditioning in the clubhouse area, ensuring everything is ready for meal service.
  

Staff Management:

• Oversee waiter shifts, create schedules and manage staff coverage, ensuring smooth operation during peak hours.
• Approve staff hours at the end of each month, handling any discrepancies with clocking or timesheets.
• Address and resolve customer complaints as reported by waiters, ensuring high service standards.
