A vacancy exists for a Cashless Manager within the Micro Merchant Division – Product and Innovation, in the Northern Region.

The Cashless Manager will be responsible for managing the Cashless payments ecosystem in the relevant Kazang region, including Cashless Wallet users, Vault footprint and Supplier network. 

Building and managing a team of individuals responsible for the growth and maintenance of the Cashless payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building and managing a regional cashless team.
• Ultimate responsibility for growing and optimizing Kazang vault infrastructure.
• Working with Kazang direct sales structures to maximise volumes within Cashless Ecosystems.
• Managing and building key supplier relationships.
• Growing Kazang's Cashless user base.

In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:

• 5+ years’ experience in managing sales teams.
• 5+ years’ experience managing sales teams and/or account management in the FMCG/Liquor industry.
• Experience in the peri-urban/rural ‘informal’ economy is a plus.
• Experience and well-networked within ‘informal’ Business value chains particularly large wholesalers and FMCG suppliers (or ability to rapidly grow network).

 Technical Competencies:

• Microsoft Office – proficient.
