Key Responsibilities

Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance transactions from inception to completion.
Build detailed financial models and perform valuations.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and investment memorandums.
Analyze financial statements and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields.
Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and data analysis.
Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and market trends.
