Key Responsibilities

Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reporting and analysis.
Support deal origination, structuring, and negotiation processes.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Proven experience in assessing and managing high-growth investments.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.
