Requirements

·        Professional registration with the SACPCMP- NB

·        Minimum 15 years’ experience in the built environment

·        Contracts Management experience

Duties include but are not limited to:

·        Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and budget standards

·        Work closely with teams of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently
