Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee processing operations, ensure product quality, and drive efficiency within a fast-paced production environment in Johannesburg. Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
National Diploma in Engineering or Production Management
2-3 years’ managerial experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience in the Food FMCG industry is highly advantageous
Proven ability to manage production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality
Strong focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
