Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor of Science in Food Science or Food Technology
• A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards and sanitation practices in food production
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000)
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to hygiene management
• Ability to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
