Franchise Group Engagement & Awareness
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in franchise groups.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate the value of the Thrive. Trade platform to franchise stakeholders.
- Increase platform awareness and advocacy within franchise networks.
Strategic Endorsement Deals
- Negotiate and execute endorsement agreements with franchise groups that promote Thrive.Trade adoption.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for endorsed groups.
Sales Leadership & GMV Growth
- Lead the Sales Team to identify, target, and onboard franchise members onto the platform.
- Drive rapid GMV growth by converting franchise businesses into active platform users.
- Monitor and optimize sales strategies to achieve and exceed GMV growth targets.
User Retention & Relationship Management
- Implement initiatives to ensure sustained engagement and retention of franchise businesses on the platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyse GMV growth and retention metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
Key Metrics for Success
- GMV Growth: Increase the platform’s Gross Merchandise Value through franchise engagement.
- User Retention: Maintain and grow active franchise members on the platform.
- Endorsement Deals: Secure and execute partnerships with franchise groups.
- Sales Team Performance: Lead the Sales Team to achieve and surpass acquisition and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG or tech space.
- Proven track record of driving GMV growth and user acquisition.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
