- Drive platform adoption and usage among franchise members, focusing on high-value accounts.
- Provide ongoing guidance and training to optimize platform usage.
- Monitor high-turnover users to ensure consistent engagement and transaction growth.
- Proactively address concerns and deliver solutions to improve user satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to high-value businesses.
- Develop strategies to engage and onboard independent businesses generating high sales volumes.

- Track metrics related to GMV growth, user acquisition, and retention, specifically focusing on high-value accounts.
- Report progress and insights to the Account Manager.
- GMV Growth: Increase platform GMV through acquisition of high-turnover businesses.
- User Retention: Maintain engagement and reduce churn for high-value users.
- User Acquisition: Drive the onboarding of high-value franchise members and independent businesses.
