- Present Thrive. Trade’s value proposition and guide users through the onboarding process.
- Develop relationships to encourage ongoing platform usage.
- Align the Account Manager to onboard franchise group members efficiently.
- Provide training and support to mid-turnover franchise businesses to drive platform adoption.
- Ensure continuous engagement and activity from onboarded users.
- Address user concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Target and onboard independent businesses within the mid-turnover range.
- Display the operational benefits of using Thrive.Trade for stock purchases.
- Monitor and report on GMV growth, user acquisition, and retention for mid-turnover accounts.
- Provide feedback to the Account Manager on potential improvements and challenges.
- GMV Growth: Drive platform GMV by onboarding mid-to-high turnover businesses.
- User Retention: Ensure sustained engagement among onboarded users.
- User Acquisition: Increase the number of active mid-turnover franchise members and independent businesses.

Candidate Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in FMCG or tech industries.
- Technology Proficiency (Microsoft Office Packages)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
