An established and respected beverage manufacturing company in the Western Cape is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management, particularly in bottling plants.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant production management experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 5 years’ managerial experience, including leading a team of technicians or operators
Bottling plant experience is essential
Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, quality control, and plant optimization
Strong leadership skills
