Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized
- Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and databases - Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, visitors, and external
Required Skills
- Admin: 1 year or less

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
