Description:
Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a Site Administrator to join their team in Gauteng. This role is specifically designated for candidates with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Record daily production data and compile relevant reports.
Perform daily reconciliation between production records and electronic equipment data.
Manage HR administrative tasks, including timesheet processing, Sage system updates, and verifying information on the Xtime biometric system.
Develop and implement an organized filing system, ensuring accurate execution and secure storage of all documentation.
Supply accurate data to support performance assessments and address corrective actions where necessary.
Handle general administrative duties for the mining department, such as document management, meeting minutes, and coordinating schedules.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Computer literacy
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage
Qualification in HR/Administrator/Finance will be advantageous
Valid Drivers' License
