Are you a detail-oriented, highly organised, and deadline-driven Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the signage industry?Our client, a leading company in their field based in Germiston, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of signage projects.In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients, designers, production teams, and installers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to exceptional quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
2 – 3 years in similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery advantageous
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong teamwork skills

DUTIES

Maintain relationships with all customers
Attend site and project meetings and site surveys
Managing spreadsheets.
Dealing with customer queries and snags
Briefing all departments with job requirements
Manage all projects timeously and efficiently.
Attend to ADHOC projects as and when requested by Management or as required by operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Attain new business
Submit workflow reports
Taking full responsibility for customers, assist with resolving debtors queries, updating customer information and additional services as requested within set time periods
Compilation of presentations when required
Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
