Our client is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their company in Johannesburg! The Senior Auditor will be responsible for overseeing audits, performing risk assessments, preparing audit plans, and conducting audit fieldwork.

Experience Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred or studying towards achieving a degree in the same field.

·        Articles completed in the relevant field.

·        4+ years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm is a plus.

·        Auditing, accounting, and financial analysis skills.

·        Experience in risk assessment and audit planning.

·        Leadership and supervisory skills.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proficiency in accounting software and technology.

·        Drafting and auditing on Caseware software this is a must.

·        Experience in conducting audits for government entities is a plus.

·        Proficiency in local tax regulations and laws is a plus.

·        Have own transport and is willing to travel to clients.
