Our client , a dynamic urban property developer focused on urban apartment living in Cape Town's Atlantic is looking to appoint a reporting accountant!

Experience Requirements:

·        3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

·        Degree in Finance or Accounting non-negotiable

·        Xero and Syft accounting software experience preferred

·        Construction related experience preferred

·        Must love a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·        Must be good with people and work well in a team

·        Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Office)

·        Strong Microsoft Excel skills(pivot tables, vlookups, complex if formulas)
