**Position Overview:**

As the Strong Manager at Yens Vietnamese Street Food, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading our dedicated team, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while driving sales and fostering a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in accordance with health regulations.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by motivating and mentoring staff.

- Analyze financial reports and develop plans to improve revenue and reduce operational costs.

- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

- Collaborate with the owner to drive marketing initiatives and promote special events.
