**Job Description:**

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Back of House Team Members to join our kitchen crew. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to prepare, cook, and serve our delicious dishes in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, including but not limited to noodles, rice dishes, and appetizers.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

- Support the kitchen team in stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure food is served promptly and to the highest quality.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Passion for food and willingness to learn about Vietnamese cooking techniques and flavors.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
