Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Production Diploma (Advantageous).

3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager, ideally within the packaging manufacturing sector.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage production processes and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
