Kort Beskrywing van die Pos:
As 'n eiendomsagent is jy verantwoordelik vir die bemarking, verkoop, en verhuur van eiendomme. Hierdie rol behels die advisering van kliënte, onderhandeling van transaksies, en registrasie by die PPRA. Jy moet die Klient se opleiding doen en slaag en daarna binne 12 maande met NQF4 in Eiendom begin.
Pos Pligte en Sleutelwerksaamhede:
- Bemarking en verkoop van eiendomme.
- Organisering van besigtigings en skakeling met kopers.
- Onderhandeling van verkooppryse en voorbereiding van dokumentasie.
- Om verkopers te soek en te werf.
- Verkry mandaat vir eiendomme.
- Werk op verskeie persele.
Kritiese Vereistes:
- Registrasie by PPRA en slaag die Klient se opleiding.
- Begin met NQF4 binne 12 maande indien nog nie daaroor beskik nie.
- Matriek, eie vervoer, selfoon en rekenaar.
- Rekenaarvaardig.
- Sterke kommunikasie- en onderhandelingsvaardighede en goeie begrip van die eiendomsmark en wetlike regulasies.
Voordelige vereistes:
- Reeds in die veld gewerk of bemarking/ verkope gedoen.
- Kennis van kliente diens.
- Woonagtig in die area

- Verlof is onbetaald en word geneem op versoek aan Klient se kantoor
- Agent se eiendom word namens werknemer deur die kantoor behartig tydens verlof.
Ontwikkelings- en Opleidingsgeleenthede:
- Opleidingsprogramme en moontlikhede vir professionele ontwikkeling aanlyn.
- Opleiding het 'n waarde van R10,000 en duur een maand.
- Begin met NQF4 opleiding binne 12 maande indien nog nie daaroor beskik nie.

Brief Position Description:
As a real estate agent, you are responsible for the marketing, selling, and renting of properties. This role involves advising clients, negotiating transactions, and registering with the PPRA. You must complete the client’s training and commence NQF4 in property within 12 months if not already completed.
Job Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and selling properties.
- Organizing viewings and liaising with buyers.
- Negotiating sale prices and preparing documentation.
- The canvassing and recruitment of clients.
- Obtaining mandates for properties.
- Working on various premises.
Critical Requirements:

- The agent’s property will be managed by the office on behalf of the employee during leave.
Development and Training Opportunities:
- Training programs and opportunities for professional development online.
- Training is valued at R10,000 and lasts for one month.
- Commence NQF4 training within 12 months if not already completed.
