Role: Quantity Surveyor

Industry: Quantity Surveying

Level: Mid-level (Minimum 3 years experience)

Key Requirements:

•           Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional quantity surveying office

•           Strong background in handling government projects

•           Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial reporting

•           Experience in tender preparation and contract administration

•           Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, and standards

•           Strong knowledge of project management principles

•           Excellent communication and negotiation skills
