Our client, an internationally recognized South African company established in 1952, provides a comprehensive range of consulting services across the built and natural environment. With offices throughout South Africa and project locations worldwide, they serve both public and private sector clients through diverse disciplines, including civil, road, and water engineering; electrical and mechanical engineering; structural engineering; project management; quantity surveying; and environmental consulting, among others.

Requirements:

·        BSc degree / B.Eng degree in Mech Eng

·        Must hold professional registration as a Pr Eng with ECSA.

·        A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in industrial projects is required.

·        Knowledge and experience in agri-related industries (e.g., sugar, paper & pulp, milling, power generation, piping, and materials handling) would be advantageous.

·        At least 10 years’ experience in consulting engineering is essential.

·        Proven ability to manage technical resources for multi-disciplinary project delivery.

·        Experience in overseeing divisional commercial budgets and meeting business unit financial goals.

·        Must be willing and able to travel to sites within South Africa and across Africa; prior experience working on African projects is beneficial.
