Requirements:

·        Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an Estimator in civil construction.

·        Proficient in the use of CCS Candy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Acquire & analyse tender documents.

·        Implement procurement and BOQ processes.

·        Review material and labour requirements & provide cost effective materials.

·        Verify supplier and subcontractor qualifications and quotations.

·        Quantify materials required per supplier.

·        Analyse drawings and any special requirements for tenders.
