1. Project Coordination
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables i.e.
- Record meeting notes and disseminate to all attendees and ensure that actions are followed up
- Monitor and track SME recruitment requests and processes
- Assist in creating and editing project documents as necessary
- Setup meetings for site visits, meetings, training etc.
- Project Data
- Maintain and coordinate project monitoring data
- Consolidate data and review data management
- Analysing data as required and report to Project Manage
- Adherence and improvement to project related tools, processes and templates
- Updating and maintaining Project tools to track progress and deliverables on a regular basis
- Ensuring that any risks to key milestones are captured and flagged accordingly
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager, PMO Manager and/or Executive Director in an orderly and efficient manner
Stakeholder Management (SME)
- Manage SME client relationships effectively and ensure client satisfaction
- Circulate surveys to SME’s and report on feedback from SME’s
- Manage stakeholders i.e., Graphic Designer for client deliverables , Service Provider deliverables and reporting
Time and Quality Management
- Ensure the use of project tools and templates implemented
- Prepare all client deliverables and related documents for sign off by Project Manager
- Update and maintain the project schedule, highlighting deviations in order to ensure that project timelines are adhered to.
- Assist with implementation of quality process changes.
- Negotiate for changes with internal team members if required.
- Monitor and track assigned project progress on a daily basis and handle any SME issues that arise.
- Record and update lessons learnt, risks and escalate to the Project Manager.
- Compile progress reports on the status of the project and issues to the project managers.
Reporting
- Prepare first drafts for all reports for internal and external reporting.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification:
- Tertiary qualification
- Relevant Project Management qualification will be beneficial
Experience:
- 3-5 years working experience
- Experience in ESD and assessing the viability and sustainability of small enterprises will be beneficial
Knowledge & Skills
- Good knowledge of project management principles
- B-BBEE legislation and regulation
- Computer proficiency and sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- In depth understanding of ESD and SMME BDS industry.
