Our client, a leading player in the industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Financial Manager to join their growing team based in Boksburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled financial leader looking to take the next step in their career. As a Group Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial strategy to support the business's growth and success.

Duties:

Lead financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Group
Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Manage audits and internal financial controls to safeguard company assets
Drive financial planning and strategy to support business objectives
Prepare and present detailed financial performance reports to executives
Collaborate with other departments, including operations, to ensure financial alignment with business goals

Qualifications & skills:

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
A relevant B.Com degree in Finance (CA(SA) qualification is highly preferred)
Proven expertise in financial software, such as Hyperion and SAP
Strong understanding of IFRS and financial regulations
Experience in logistics, supply chain, fleet management, or cold chain industries will be beneficial
