Lead and inspired a high-performing mechanical design team.
Collaborate with clients to understand and define project requirements.
Oversee project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct design reviews with both clients and suppliers.
Perform CAD design tasks, including 3D modeling and 2D drafting

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Dedication to continuous skill enhancement.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel as required.
 
Qualification:
BEng, BSc or BTech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
 
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
