- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, provide accurate cost estimates, and address any questions they may have.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance work performed.

- Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Certification from a recognized automotive technical school or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a vehicle technician.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements What you will need:
• Level 4 JLR Master Technician certification
• Minimum 4 years brand experience
• Relevant NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology and a City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
• Full and clean drivers license
• Extensive knowledge of JLR vehicles and their systems.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
