MECHANICAL & MAINTANCE FOREMAN
*MUST HAVE:
  ** Matric
  ** Mechanical Trade Test
  ** B-Tech or Diploma - MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

* Minimum 5 Year's MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORY experience
   in a HEAVY ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING PROCESS
   Environment
* High Level of understanding of WORLD CLASS
   MANUFACTURING Tools, Processes and Systems
* Ability to do Trouble Shooting
* Knowledge of All Legal requirements of the OHS Act, BCEA,
   LRA & other Legal requirements
* Prepared to work OUTSIDE NORMAL WORKING HOURS &
   DO STANDBY DUTIES
* Attend to Daily Operations Meetings to ensure that the 24hour
   Operating window is secured
* Plan & Execute ALL BREAKDOWNS Repairs without delay
* Champion the Implementation of Proactive Maintenance
* Develop and agree on a Weekly plan with the Maintenance
   Planner
* Meet with Suppliers, Contractors & 3rd Party Inspectors, when
   required, therefore being Well Presentable
* Quality
* Control Maintenance Costs
* Identify Critical SPARE REQUIEREMENTS and availability
* Manage the MAINTENANCE TEAM and perform Bi-annual
   performance Appraisals of Mechanical Artisans
* Clean Criminal & Credit record - will be verified
