Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality.
2. Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on equipment to resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment reliability.
4. Assist with the installation of new equipment, including setting up and testing machinery.
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues and recommendations.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Basic computer skills.
9. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
10. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in a related field (e.g. HVAC, electrical, mechanical).
2. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
