Powerfleet has a vacancy for a MiX Vision Bureau Analyst to be based in Durban. The main responsibility of this role is to form part of the MiX Vision Bureau Analyst team and perform all allocated tasks and objectives relating to the camera solution by Powerfleet.
• Perform all camera checks as assigned by manager
• Perform regular camera health checks on all allocated clients
• Ensure camera functionality of all allocated clients
• Ensure camera events are correct, and data usage is not excessive
• Report all faults found when conducting camera health checks to relevant parties to resolve.
• Assist clients with all camera related queries
• Assist clients with retrieval of requested incident footage
• Assist clients with any required information relating to captured footage
• Investigate cases of camera tampering
• Ensure that all identified faults are captured on the fault register
• Review clips and assign descriptions to events that would be of value to clients.
• Answer all incoming calls
• Capture details of Report My Driving incidents online
• Send clients an incident report containing details of Report My Driving incidents.
• Provide immediate feedback to clients relating to Report My Driving incidents.
• Ensure all communication with clients is accurate and professional.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor/ manager.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent Computer Skills: 1 to 2 years
- Excelent Communication Skills: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
• Matric
• 1-2 years’ experience, ideally within IT/Security/Video Monitoring
• Ability to work shifts on Saturdays (where you’ll be off the following Sun – Mon)
• Ability to perform as part of a team and work in an office environment for extended periods of time.
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills – with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
