Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG
At least 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Industry
Proven expertise in inventory control, procurement, and supply chain management
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements across the supply chain
Knowledge of ERP systems and other relevant supply chain management tools
