Are you an experienced leader ready to take on a challenging role in the logistics and warehousing industry? A well-established company is looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and ensure exceptional performance across its logistics and warehousing department.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Logistics/Warehousing environment
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role, overseeing teams and operations
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of achieving operational targets and maintaining efficiency
Expertise in warehouse and inventory management systems, logistics coordination, and process optimization
