Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Millwright or Electrician Trade Test qualification
• 3-5 years' supervisory experience in a maintenance role
• 3-5 years' experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, ideally within the food or meat processing industry
• Proven ability to manage a team and ensure efficient maintenance operations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in industrial environments
