We are looking for a skilled Food Safety Coordinator with experience in poultry processing to join our client's team in the Eastern Cape. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in food safety and a passion for maintaining high standards in food processing environments.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Diploma in Food Technology/Microbiology or a relevant qualification
4-5 years' experience in a quality assurance or food safety role, preferably within poultry processing
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, and other relevant regulations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
