Our client, a well-established company in the Food Manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the implementation of effective food quality systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Diploma in Food Technology/Biotechnology or a relevant qualification
V6 FSSC Implementation experience is essential
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA Manager role, ideally in the FMCG sector
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems
