Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment
In-depth knowledge of food safety management systems and prerequisite programmes
Experience within the spice or food manufacturing industry
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
