The role involves originating, executing, and managing investments, with a focus on financial due diligence, including financial modelling, company analysis, and preparing investment papers.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        CA (SA)/CFA

·        Minimum of 2 - 5 years, post articles or qualification

·        Experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment Banking with expertise in equity valuation and financial modelling
