We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng

Role: Contracts Manager (Roads / Civils)

Industry: Civil Engineering / Construction

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Minimum of 8 years' experience in contracts management within roads or civil engineering projects

•           Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects

•           Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and financial management

•           Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

•           Experience in risk management, quality control, and compliance monitoring

•           Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

•           Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and reporting

•           Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

•           Strong leadership and team management skills

•           Results-driven with a focus on project delivery within budget and timeframes

•           High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
