Role: Senior Site Agent - Building Construction

Industry: Construction

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Minimum of 8 years’ experience in building construction, with a focus on site management

•           Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion

•           In-depth knowledge of building construction processes, quality control, and site safety management

•           Strong experience in managing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships

•           Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

•           Ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

•           Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and compliance standards

•           Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

•           Experience with construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) is an advantage

•           Strong leadership and team management skills

•           Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and quality

•           Highly organized with excellent time management skills

•           Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

•           Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
