We’re searching for a proactive and experienced individual with:
- Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent certification.
- Safety Credentials: NOSA SAMTRAC or equivalent NQF 5 Safety Qualification.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant construction experience under MHSA regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
Your Key Responsibilities
As the Site Administration Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of site activities by:
- Providing administrative support to the site management team, including data entry, document filing, and office organization.
- Managing and organizing site documentation, such as permits, reports, and correspondence.
- Assisting in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documents.
- Coordinating schedules for meetings, site visits, and appointments for the site team.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate and timely information.
- Maintaining and updating personnel records, such as timesheets, in collaboration with the project management team.
- Overseeing office supplies, ensuring timely restocking to maintain efficiency.
- Supporting compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
- Promoting a safe, clean, and organized office environment for optimal productivity.
