Ares Holdings is looking for Inbound Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The role will assist the team with effectively managing the Inbound Operations.

Brand support:

• Understanding the process of raising Purchase Orders.
• OOR vs SAP alignment - requesting for shipment payment and follow ups 
• Weekly management of OOR
• Focus on consolidation and Pre-booking
• Flagging Risks and delays on shipping lead time
• Managing the receipting lead time
• Costing of all shipment within SLA
• Oversee the clearing instruction process and ensuring timeous submission
• Consolidation and Pre-bookings 
• Flagging risk and delays on shipping times
• Oversee all airfreight and samples
• Manging of all Inbound costs
• Flagging increase in costs - Implementing of CIPs to reduce costs
• Continuous improvement - Lead time reduction and costing
• Data Integrity/Management of Electronic filing system 

Reporting:

• Ensuring full delivery schedule gets sent to different Brands weekly 
• Ensuring that lead time database is finalised monthly for reporting purposes

Beneficial:

• Experience in using systems
  • SAP
  • Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage 
  • Intermediate excel experience
