As a Financial Controller, you will oversee financial reporting, ensure compliance with IFRS, and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, offering strategic insights that guide critical business decisions while optimizing financial efficiency.

Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting or related qualification;
CIMA preferred
5-8 years of experience in financial management or controlling, ideally within the property sector.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Leadership and stakeholder management expertise.
