Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and development of credit risk scorecards and predictive models.
• Lead a team of analysts to implement advanced financial modeling techniques for provisioning, pricing, and capital optimization.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to support risk management and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and integrate Basel and IFRS methodologies.
• Collaborate with business units to align credit risk strategies with organizational goals.
• Continuously enhance credit risk frameworks by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit risk modeling, scorecard development, or financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and advanced statistical tools.
• In-depth understanding of Basel and IFRS regulations as they apply to credit risk.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and present insights to stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
