We are seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Managers to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring efficient execution, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement effective field operations strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of field representatives.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize field processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills
- Team Management: 2 to 3 years
- Planning And Organising: 2 to 3 years
- Customer Orientation: 2 to 3 years
- Operational Excellence: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
- National certificate in business administration, Retail Operations Management, or equivalent qualification
- 2 years of experience in operations within the retail and wholesale sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, sales, and merchandising excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing large, distributed teams and working with retail and wholesale partners across large areas.
