We are looking for a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator to join our team and help deliver exceptional adventures to riders, ensuring they have the best experience from start to finish. If you are well-travelled and interested in horses, this is the perfect role for you!
Why You'll Love This Role:
Customer Support: Manage inbound emails, calls, chats, and social media to guide riders through the booking process and prepare them for events.
Sales & Engagement: Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings for future adventures.
Content Creation: Collect stories from riders and collaborate with the marketing team to inspire others.
Operations Support: Provide logistical support and assist with general event preparation.
Team Collaboration: Offer insights, enhance systems, and support other departments to ensure smooth operations.
