Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the South African equity market to identify strategic opportunities and provide insights that drive deal origination.
• Transaction Execution: Assist in structuring, arranging, and implementing corporate finance transactions, ensuring efficient delivery aligned with risk management protocols.
• Risk and Revenue Assessment: Analyze risks and revenue potential for client engagements and present recommendations to the Engagement Committee.
• Project Management: Oversee assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Industry Insights: Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive intelligence.
• Business Development: Contribute to securing mandates, achieving financial targets, and delivering exceptional client service.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to support seamless transaction execution, including financial analysis, market evaluations, and legal documentation review.
• Communication & Presentation: Assist in preparing and delivering impactful client presentations while supporting structured transaction processes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external regulations to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation with at least 2 years of post-articles experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
