Our client is seeking an experienced Processing Manager to optimize plant throughput, ensure quality standards, and meet cost targets. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional with extensive experience in poultry processing within the FMCG industry.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Diploma in Engineering, Food Processing, or a relevant field
10+ years’ experience in the FMCG sector (with a focus on poultry processing)
3-5 years’ experience in a managerial role
Proven ability to optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and manage costs effectively
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
