Job & Company Description:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 5 years of accounting experience within the manufacturing or mining industry
Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Qualifications:

A BCom Accounting degree is mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization
Maintain accurate financial records and oversee month-end and year-end processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and projects
